Birth Package A - $2000
Complete Birth Prep as well as Prenatal and Birth Support
Included in this package is:

Childbirth preparation class in your home.

Two prenatal visits (or one longer visit) to discuss your pregnancy, preferences for your birth, and anything else you may need to feel prepared for your upcoming birth.

Labor support in your home (if necessary) and at the place of birth during active labor

A detailed birth plan I create for you based on our conversation, free for you to edit in any way you see fit.

Virtual support via phone, text, or email

Compassionate support throughout your pregnancy, labor, and delivery

24/7 on-call service starting at 36 weeks

Photos taken at your request

I will stay with you 1-3 hours after the birth to assist with the first feeding if needed and make sure everyone is settled in

Birth Package B - $1700

Postpartum Package A - $550
In-Hospital Postpartum Support
Included in this package is:
-
10 hours of overnight postpartum support during either your first or second night at the hospital

Help with breastfeeding or formula feeding
-
Providing assistance with newborn care such as diapering and soothing
-
Educating mothers about postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care
-
Observing and monitoring the mother's physical and emotional well-being
-
Advocating for the mother's needs and preferences

Promoting bonding and attachment between the mother and baby
This is a great service for anyone that may be faced with being alone after giving birth and would appreciate one-on-one care for you and your baby. Life circumstances are different for everyone; sometimes our families have to leave after the baby is born to take care of other children at home, your partner may be traveling for work, or you may be a single parent. Regardless of why you find yourself without support after giving birth, my intention is to help you get rest while I help care for your baby.
Postpartum Package B - $50/hour for daytime support & $75/hour for overnight support
In-Home Postpartum Support
As your postpartum doula, I provide non-medical physical, emotional, and informational support during the first year after delivery. Services include, but are not limited to:

Postpartum Recovery: Assistance with physical healing and comfort measures.

Infant Care: Help with feeding (breast or formula), sleeping, bathing, diapering, and soothing.

Practical Support: Light housekeeping, laundry, and running small errands (during daytime shifts only)

Education: Evidence-based information on newborn care and postpartum health.
Daytime shifts are a minimum of 6 hours and up to 12 hours. Overnight shifts are a minimum of 8 hours and up to 10 hours.
